Recently completed by the award winning builders Bourne Boats, a very well presented 53ft semi-trad narrowboat that is the first of what will be a new series of ‘production’ boats. the interior is lined in beautifully crafted oak framing with  ‘leatherette’ panelling giving a slightly textured finish in off white. Ash panelling below the gunwhale; oak and ash custom made furnishings, cupboards and shelves – all to a very high standard.  The equipment is also to a high standard with a Beta 38hp engine, Vetus bow thruster, Victron inverter/charger and electronics (solar panels and galvanic isolator). Exterior paintwork is to Bourne’s normal very high quality – grit blasted shell, including the base plate, before painting in 2-pack epoxy – giving a high gloss grey with white coach line and blue feature panel. The accommodation has the galley aft with Corian worktops over cupboards and drawers, spacious living area with 2 side doors, tv cabinet and feature chimney breast with inset, off-white enamelled stove. A glazed door leads to the shower room with cassette wc, vanity unit under Corian top and quadrant shower, and glazed door to the forward bedroom. the front cockpit has seating either side but no foredeck which has allowed for an extra few feet of interior accommodation.
