NOW REDUCED IN PRICE, AND GREAT VALUE.  PART EXCHANGE (WIDE OR NARROWBEAM) CONSIDERED. Take 5 is an excellent example of how, if skill levels and finances allow, one can build a stunning floating home, with no compromise. The overall impression on this boat is that it has been built and equipped with a complete disregard to cost. The interior is lined in painted, T & G effect panelling to the ceiling, and to the below-gunwhale hull sides; the cabin sides are clad in panels, covered in contemporary wall paper which has been applied with incredible accuracy. Features include the solid oak cottage style door into the main bedroom. The electronics are largely Victron – inverter/charger, solar regulator (there are 2x100w solar panels), separate charger for the 2 x bow thruster batteries, and large galvanic transformer. The engine is a Barrus Yanmar 70hp, Vetus 95 bow thruster, 4xdomestic batteries, plus 1x start. The aft cockpit with extensive upholstered seating, leads down to the spacious galley with contemporary Zenith work tops, touch screen extractor fan, Belling appliances and high-end cupboards and drawers (soft closing); the central living area with space for free standing furniture, display cabinet, tv and solid fuel stove (plus stylish, grey tube radiators). The passage with floor cupboard (plumbing for washing machine) and bathroom off, with cupboards, large, tiled shower, vanity unit and pump-out wc, oak door to the bedroom with mirror fronted wardrobes, bed, drawers, separate wardrobe and doors to the front cockpit.    This boat was fitted out by the highly talented boat builder and his wife, for their own use until, with only 40 hours on the engine clock, their heads were turned by an 18th century cottage which is now undergoing a complete rebuild. Take 5 was only recently completed, is offered in exceptionally good condition, stunning in appearance and WITH PART EXCHANGE CONSIDERED. Wide or narrow beam – if you already have a boat and would like to part exchange it for Take 5, let us know. NOW REDUCED IN PRICE AS THE COTTAGE IS READY FOR OCCUPATION.
